Downloads now follow access activation. An optional newsletter helps you keep up with PreMask AI updates.
The right steps, in order
Create and confirm your account, then choose a plan. The Mac or Windows download becomes available once your license is active or your trial has been activated with a payment method. An account alone does not unlock downloads.
The website checks access on the server, including when its download link is opened directly. If you have just paid, check your account and allow activation to finish; do not pay a second time.
Your first monthly subscription still includes 3 days free with a payment method, then $9/month unless canceled before the trial ends.
Follow what changes
The newsletter is free and optional. On the Newsletter page, sign in with your confirmed email and choose to receive future news, updates and release notes in English or French. No purchase is required and existing accounts are not subscribed automatically.
The service checks for new publications daily. New articles can be emailed to subscribers; no news means no email. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that requires no login. Necessary account emails continue separately.
A dated record of each change
App releases and website changes are accompanied by dated articles on this page, so you can see what changed and follow the progress of PreMask AI.
In-app updates on Mac and Windows continue to work. Your documents and history stay on your computer.
